"Desert Soul"
A 6x9 full-page image I drew for the SCAR handbook, made shortly after I had unlocked the ability to draw. I consider it to be the first piece of true art I've drawn—a piece of my soul.
Initially, I intended to simply create a drawn version of an image I edited with several pieces of stock art. However, shortly into drawing, I blanked out and drew what I felt should be the image.
It wasn't until I was able to look at the final result that it hit me. I could feel that it was a reflection of the inspiration I felt, even if I can't name any specific inspiration. In a sense, my creation was an extension of me.

Bonjour !
(haha get it cause berets are french)
One day, after a lot of introspection and exploration on what it means to be an artist—combined with a deep desire to be able to create my own TTRPG art—I just... unlocked the ability to draw. It sounds just as bizarre to me too.
I'm not highly skilled at it, but I'm able to do it well enough. Honestly, the fact that I can is enough to make me happy.
Anyways, here's a gallery of some stuff I've drawn and fun little bits of commentary. Amusez-vous bien !

"Hummingbird Feeding"
A decorative piece of art also made for the SCAR handbook. I like this one because it just has a calming simplicity to it.
I was going for a "random nature image you find in a textbook" vibe with it, which I feel makes sense because that's literally what it is.
Interestingly, I think the reflection of me in this art is found more in my own impressions of it than the literal drawing itself.

":pusheenblob::fingerguns:"
I just felt like drawing this one.
Originally, I just drew the pusheen blob emote, but felt that the image was lacking some special sauce. Hence, the finger guns.
I hadn't tried drawing actual hands before this, and they came out surprisingly well. The reception was pretty positive, even eliciting a "why are you good at hands already."
